Mental health is an important part of our overall wellbeing, yet many people still feel afraid or uncomfortable talking about it. Stigma and misunderstanding can prevent individuals from seeking help or sharing their struggles with others. In this discussion, we invite you to share your thoughts and experiences about why mental health is still difficult to talk about in many communities. What changes do you think society can make to create a more supportive and understanding environment? By opening up conversations and listening to each other, we can help reduce stigma and encourage more people to seek the support they deserve. 💙

Jack, sorry for the tardy response but I appreciate you sharing this. I hear you, and you’re right — a lot of people are carrying things quietly because they don’t feel they have a safe place to talk. We’re still getting the site fully built out, but messages like yours matter. Once everything is in place, I want people to feel like they can speak up and be heard. Thanks for taking the time to put this out there.
