Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives with a “fractured foundation” (damaged in transit) or a clear printing error:

Please notify us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Provide a clear photo of the issue.

We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges & Sizing

Custom Production: Because each item is custom-made, please double-check our size charts before ordering. We generally do not offer returns for incorrect size selection.

Change of Mind

If an item doesn’t feel right for your sanctuary, reach out to us. While we cannot always offer full refunds for change of mind, we aim to ensure every member of our movement is satisfied.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within a standard business week.
